Fire Damage - Baldwin Hills Residence

Fire damage at this Baldwin Hills Condo began in the living room when a cigarette was left unattended. The fire had destroyed the living room and furniture before it was extinguished. The photo shows a bathroom that was soot and smoke damaged during the fire. Other rooms were similarly affected. Both the insurance adjuster and our customer considered the bathroom beyond repair and felt it needed torn out and replaced. We felt we could restore the room from the smoke damage and offered a plan to do so. Everyone agreed to the plan. The after photo shows that the fire damage restoration was a success. Everyone was thoroughly pleased.
