Commercial Building Cleaning

Large commercial building that required horizontal and vertical surfaces to be cleaned due to smoke and soot exposure. Our team first used HEPA vacuums to remove the soot/ash on the structure followed by the dry-cleaning method using a "remediation specific dry sponge." Once this process was completed, a third industrial hygienist confirmed the cleaning performed was successful with quantifiable data for the building owner and tenant. This process must be completed prior to painting. If painting is performed without this process, the building will continue to smell as the particulate has not been removed and will off gas during changes in the building's temperature.
